About G6 Advisory

G6 Advisory was built for the space between strategy and execution.

I have spent 20 years working inside customer, revenue, technical, and operating organizations, often where growth, complexity, and organizational change collide.

Smart people.
Systems that no longer fit.

Again and again, I saw the same pattern: smart people working hard inside systems that no longer supported the business.

Priorities multiplied. Customer information fragmented. Ownership became unclear. Strategic initiatives stalled between planning and execution. Teams had more tools, but less clarity.

I created G6 Advisory to help leadership teams solve those problems practically.

Why G6 exists

For leadership teams that have outgrown the way they operate.

The issue is rarely a lack of effort or intelligence. More often, the business has accumulated disconnected systems, competing priorities, unclear decision rights, inconsistent customer processes, and too many initiatives without a shared operating model.

I help leaders create clarity around the problem, align the organization around the right outcomes, and design the structures, processes, systems, metrics, and operating rhythms required to move forward.

I am an executive operator and strategic advisor with 20 years of experience spanning customer strategy, business operations, revenue systems, enterprise programs, technical delivery, and executive decision support.

Most recently, I led commercial strategy and cross-functional delivery for a strategic Google client portfolio spanning Ads, Chrome, and Fiber organizations.

The work required balancing distinct stakeholders, operating principles, customer priorities, budgets, and technical environments while leading forecasting, business development, delivery governance, and cross-functional execution.

I also directed a multidisciplinary technical delivery team spanning solutions architecture, full-stack engineering, and data engineering.

During a volatile company transition, I stepped in as an interim post-sales operating leader. I stabilized the function, managed a personnel transition, hired and onboarded new leadership, and maintained operating continuity while founders stepped back and new executive leadership came onboard.

Every G6 engagement is led by me directly, with specialized expertise brought in when the scope requires it.

02

Operating models over isolated fixes

Customer, revenue, data, systems, and team problems are usually connected.

03

Execution over presentation

Recommendations should be practical, owned, measurable, and usable.

04

Technology enables the business

AI and automation accelerate strategy; they do not replace it.

05

Change must work for people

The best system is one the organization can adopt and sustain.
